REvolutionary approach

• Think about it! When something gets going, when change is kick-started, things begin to happen. When they do, there’s no turning back. Things will never be the same.
  
  
• It’s like that when we come to know God. Our lives are never the same again. You can never go back to ‘not knowing God’. Even if you walked away from friendship with Him, you’ve still met Him and so your life has changed. Nobody can ever be the same after an encounter with God.
  
  
• As you walk through 2008 with God, be assured that He is changing you. Your desire to live life for Him and His glory, purposes and truth, are changing you from the inside out. Yes, you face challenges, yes life is tough and yes, sometimes you don’t feel changed. However, God is always at work in our lives.
  
  
• Take a moment today to think back over the last month or so. What has God been saying to you through circumstance, through friends, through reading the Bible? Sometimes it’s not until we 'press pause' and seize the chance to look back on recent encounters with people or things, that we actually realise we’ve already come a long way with God.
  
  
• To know God is a revolution against our natural human feelings to ‘do life our own way.’ And revolutions, once they’re started, never go backwards!
