Text a friend!
I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy.
Philippians 1v 3-4
How can you share your faith with your friends and instantly show them the benefit?
The challenge for this week is quite a simple one.
- Look through your phone book on your mobile phone and let God help you pick out 5 people.
- Send these 5 people this text: ‘ I was just about to pray for you. Is there anything you would like me to pray about?’
- Then pray that all who receive the text will feel blessed by it.
This simple act could have a massive impact. Imagine if you were going through something that was really hard but no-one else knew about it. Then suddenly, out of the blue, you get this text and you know that someone cares.
Continue to pray for these friends all week and remember to let them know that you are still praying for them and that you love doing it!
