Love Neighbours

Challenging thought... 'A friend is someone who, upon seeing another friend in immense pain, would rather be the one experiencing the pain than to have to watch their friend suffer' - Anon.
In Matthew 22:39 Jesus tells us that the second greatest commandment is to 'love your neighbour as yourself.' The only greater commandment is laid out a couple of verses before: ''Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' Therefore it's incredibly important that we begin to love our neighbours more.
This week is all about random acts of kindness towards your friends. Go out of your way to show someone that you care this week.
You can do this by helping them carry something, pick something up, wash their car, clean up the classroom, lend them something, the list is endless.
It doesn't matter what it is that you do this week, all that counts is that it's done out of a heart that wants to love it's neighbours as it would normally only love itself.
